A native tussock found only on Banks Peninsula, this hardy, drought-tolerant grass has fine blue-green leaves reaching up to 40 cm long. It has a stiff, upright growth habit, with taller flowering stems that rise above the foliage from October to December, producing yellow flowers.
Best foliage colour is maintained by dividing the plant every few years. Ideal for landscaping, borders, and filler plantings.
