A striking New Zealand native ornamental sedge, valued for its exceptionally pale green to silver-white foliage and elegant cascading form. Common sedge creates year-round interest with its soft, arching leaves and distinctive curled tips, making it an outstanding choice for borders, mass plantings, containers, and modern landscape designs.

🪴 Cultivation Notes (Live Plant)
An easy-care, highly versatile sedge that thrives in a wide range of conditions. It establishes readily and requires little maintenance beyond removing old foliage if required. Best planted in free-draining soil in full sun or light shade. Avoid permanently wet soils. Excellent for adding texture and contrast to native or contemporary garden designs.

We ship Monday – Wednesday for South Island customers and Monday/Tuesday for Rural and North Island customers. Orders placed outside these days will be fulfilled the following week.
📦 Local pick ups and/or deliveries will be made by arrangement.
